Account details and password hashes are processed for registration, sign-in and security; listings, contact details and organization links for publication and management; subscription data for performance of a contract; reports, claims and moderation records for administration and abuse prevention. The legal basis depends on the purpose: contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests in security and management, or consent for optional alerts. Guest submissions include the contact details supplied and an identifier derived from the IP address.

Authorized administrators, the hosting provider and, where needed, an email provider may process data. External book or image services may receive requests. Specify the actual providers, any transfers outside the EEA and safeguards, and concrete retention periods for accounts, listings, moderation and server logs.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. Contact dpo@extrasupport.be. You may complain to the competent data protection authority.
